1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., opened food packages).

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if eligible.

  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the product and send it to the following address:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Refund Policy

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Partial Refunds: May apply if the product is not in its original condition.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.

4. Exchanges

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, email us at contact@wowtopix.xyz. If the order has already been processed, you will need to follow the return process.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly by offering a replacement or a refund.
